Newport Charter Show Crew Contests in Full Swing

After a foggy start Monday, the 2017 Newport Charter Yacht Show kicked off this week in Newport, RI, with 25 luxurious charter yachts.

The crew competitions, sponsored by Denison, were in full swing Tuesday and Wednesday. They are the chef competition, tablescaping competition, captain’s drone challenge, signature cocktail competition and designer water competition. 

Wednesday was also the first Denison Crew Spa Day, which continues Thursday. Yacht crew at the show can contact Jill Maderia to schedule their free massages and facials and enjoy fresh juices, provided courtesy of the Bodhi Spa and The Power of Juice Newport.

Denison is also giving one lucky crew member at the Newport Charter Yacht Show a $150 gift certificate to Helly Hansen. Crew can contact Jill Maderia for their chance to enter – the raffle winner will be chosen Thursday at the Crew Competition Awards Ceremony.
