85' Broward 1989 Chairman

Chairman is a typical Broward Raised Pilothouse design.  Built with comfort in mind she has a full beam spacious salon with formal dining and relaxed living area.  The galley is a classic Broward 'Country Kitchen' (eat-in) design.  The three staterooms are roomy with the Master at full beam incorporating his and her heads and a shower/jacuzzi midship.  The flybridge is expansive with generous seating and a helm seat island housing a sink, ice maker and refrigerator to aft.  A Jenn-Air grill is located in a cabinet to starboard.  Aft of the seating area is a 15' RIB tender and wave runner with a 1500 LB. davit for launching.  The crew's quarters are forward and can accommodate 3 with an ensuite head/shower and captain's office.

• Master Stateroom - The Master, accessed from a stairway mid salon to starboard, is a full beam, spacious stateroom featuring a king size bed.  Additionally, on both sides of the room, are cedar lined closets, vanities, chest of drawers and night stands. Forward of the bedroom are His and Her heads and a jacuzzi/shower midship.
• VIP Stateroom - The VIP is aft of the master to port.  It features a queen bed with chest of drawers on both sides and a large hanging locker.  The head and shower are ensuite.
• Guest Stateroom - The Guest Stateroom is aft of the master to starboard.  It features twin berths, chest of drawers, a large hanging locker and an ensuite head and shower.
• Crew Quarters - The Crew Quarters are at the bow accessed from a stairway from the galley.  It includes two single berths at the bow, an ensuite head and shower aft to port, a captains single berth further aft to port and a captain's office aft to starboard. The engine room access is aft between the captain's office and berth.
