Megayacht builder Oceanco has delivered the 282′ (86m) Seven Seas to her new owner a month ahead of schedule.
Seven Seas represents the latest in Oceanco’s Y700 generation of superyachts that also includes megayachts Amevi, Alfa Nero, Anastasia, Vibrant Curiosity, and Sunrays.
Oceanco Yachts worked with the designers Nuvolari & Lenard, Azure Naval Architects and the Wright Maritime Group.
Her features include a 16.4′ x 6.5′ (5m x 2m) projector screen in the Main Salon complete with 2 rows of raked seating for a true cinema experience, and an infinity pool on the exterior decks for resort-like entertaining. The projector is positioned to throw an image onto the glass wall of the aft infinity pool allowing guests to take in the latest movie while swimming.
Adjacent to the Main Salon is a 2,690 square foot (250m²) area designated for al fresco dining, giving her owners the option of simple and casual or elegant and formal.
Powered by twin 4,680hp/3,492kW MTU engines, Seven Seas can reach speeds of 20 knots.
Oceanco has also announced the Dutch shipyard is looking to expand facilities for its next generation of 100m+ superyachts.
