2011 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show To Feature Superyacht Pavilion

This 2011 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show will feature a new 16,000-square-foot Superyacht Builders Association pavilion. The Superyacht Pavilion will showcase the world’s leading superyacht builders on a custom-built, floating air-conditioned barge along the Intracoastal Waterway at Bahia Mar, the show’s central location. Adding to the new show design is a revamped superyacht docking layout, offering those who attend up-close profile views of the largest megayachts in the show.

“We continue to work year over year to produce a show that excites the boating public and our exhibitors,” Andrew Doole, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Show Management, said in a statement. “Our new partnership with SYBAss and the many other show enhancements we are working on for the 2011 show will surely stand out and prove to be very exciting.”

The Lauderdale Boat Show, which runs from October 27-31, will span 6 sites and will feature more than $3 billion worth of boats, yachts, superyachts, electronics, engines and thousands of boating accessories from every major marine manufacturer and boatbuilder across the globe, as well as luxury cars, clothing and jewelry.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is owned and sponsored by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF), and is managed and produced by Show Management.
