Vicem Yachts Launching 46m Superyacht Named Vulcan

Vicem Yachts to launch 46m Vulcan super-yacht soonVicem Yachts is due to launch the 46-meter superyacht named Vulcan in June 2012 at their shipyard in Turkey. The interior of the vessel has been styled by Art-Line Interiors with Frank Mulder serving as the naval architect. The resin-infused tri-deck yacht is the largest of the yard’s Vision series.

Vulcan will consist of a 6 cabins including a master suite positioned on its main deck. The suite will sport an office for the owner along with a private gym. Among its various distinct features include a light-flooded open atrium, a wraparound entrance, a Jacuzzi, and a relaxing lounge.

The superyacht will be powered by a pair of MTU engines which will help it operate at a maximum speed of 25 knots, and a cruising speed of 22 knots. She is expected to have a range of 1000 nautical miles at maximum speed. The vessel will be built to RINA class and MCA specifications.
