I just wanted to take a minute to thank all the folks at Denison who might have assisted in my recent boat purchase.

I would also like to let you know what a great job John Zagorski did handling the sale. As you know John also handled the recent sale, last August, of my Hunter 42, also performing above and beyond what we expected. During both transactions John took care of all aspects of the sale and purchase, allowing Stephanie and I to go about our daily work and personal life without having to run around doing small errands to get the deals completed. The few times that we called John with questions or issues we discovered that he had already addressed those.

During this recent purchase we asked a lot of John in terms of seeing different boats in different locations and he never once said he wasn’t available or couldn’t go there. As a matter of fact he even went to preview some boats to see if was worth our time to drive a distance to view them. And we are not talking about a big ticket boats here. As a commission salesman myself I know how important customer service and return business is and we are committed to follow John and send our friends to him.
