Commencing on the 9th of September, the Cannes Yachting Festival will be welcoming hundreds of superyacht brokers, charter agencies, suppliers, potential buyers and enthusiasts to their annual Cannes Boat Show.
The Cannes Yacht Show first began in 1977, and since, has always welcomed a very fine variety of luxury superyachts and boats to its ports. Yachts will be docked in all three of Cannes’ ports, including ‘Vieux Port’, ‘Port Pierre Canto’ and ‘Palais de Festivals’. This years’ Cannes Yachting festival is set to have over 580 boats and 150 world premier editions exhibited, making it the largest yacht show in the area yet.
It is a fantastic international festival, welcoming all who work and appreciate the yachting industry to meet and network in one of the world’s most renowned coastlines. Exhibitors will not only be presenting luxury superyachts and grand sailing yachts, but also a variety of marine products and services. Expect to see a selection of superyacht toys and tenders as well as yacht provision, and technical management companies.
New to the 2014 Cannes Boat Show, potential buyers may take a luxury yacht out on a sea trial before making a purchase. With this new exclusive feature, this unique yacht show is definitely not one to be missed.
Along with large superyachts designed by Benetti and Azimut, you will also be viewing some prestigious sailing yachts such as S/Y INMOCEAN. The classic 135’ Fitzroy sailing yacht will be exhibited by Alex G. Clarke, leading superyacht broker of Denison Super Yacht Division. Designed primarily for cruising, S/Y INMOCEAN also has spacious and stylish deckspaces, and three staterooms, carefully designed by Adam Lay Studio.
As mentioned previously, new superyacht gadgets, tenders, and toys will also be exhibited at the show. Denison Superyachts will be showcasing OTAM 58 HT, an incredible chase boat, with cruising speeds of over 55 knots. Designed for those seeking extra entertainment space, she is the ultimate stylish addition for any superyacht owner.
