Denison sells 100′ Broward Motoryacht “Home James”

Denison is excited to announce that the 2000 100′ Broward “Home James” has been sold in an in-house deal. Carlos Dominguez of Denison’s Miami office acted on behalf of the seller, and Charles Blickle of Denison’s Fort Lauderdale office acted on behalf of the buyer. 

“I was very fortunate to represent the sellers of this wonderful yacht, which underwent an extensive mechanical refit and upgrading,” Dominguez said. “The new owners will enjoy this vessel knowing it performs wonderfully and provides an expansive layout for entertaining and true long range cruising.”

Broward Yachts are well known for sturdily built aluminum hulls, generous entertaining areasand comfortable accommodations throughout. “Home James” is an excellent example of a one-owner, never chartered Broward raised pilothouse that has been tastefully designed with understated elegance, presenting a feeling of being at home. 

There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy, from the dynamic flybridge with wraparound seating to the full-beam expanse of the salon measuring 18’ x 35’.

Accommodations include a voluminous master suite amidships with his/her heads and walk-through shower, a VIP forward with seating area and private head, plus 2 more guest staterooms with ensuite heads.

After a fun-filled day of cruising and water activities, the new owners and guests can refresh and dine in the sizable country style kitchen with a large island and breakfast table or al fresco in the twin table aft deck seating area. 

Running this mighty vessel are equally powerful and reliable Caterpillar 3412s with 1350 hp each. Easy access to the engine room is via the transom door where the crew accommodations are also located: 1 captain’s quarter and 2 berths for the crew, plus head, desk, fridge and laundry.

“Home James” offers the desirable advantages for long range cruising without giving up speed. “Home James” features a 2,000-mile range at slower speeds but boasts speeds of up to 21 knots at wide open throttle and a comfortable cruise of 17 knots.
