Launched in 2003, NAMOH represents one of yachting’s great ownership opportunities.
Built by Cheoy Lee, which has a rich history of more than 100 years of ship-building, Namoh is a combination of volume and style and a solid yacht designed by the Dutch hand of Frank Mulder. Major changes to interior fabrics, carpeting and all new artwork done in June 2016 have kept her looking fresh. Join us as we take a look at this spacious superyacht with Denison Fort Lauderdale yacht broker Glynn Smith.
Hi, my name is Glynn Smith, I’m from Denison Yacht Sales, and I’d like to welcome you onboard motoryacht NAMOH. She’s a 125 Ft. Cheoy Lee, and I’m very excited to show you through her.
We’re going to enter onboard from the stern passarelle. She’s got four points of boarding this yacht and I’d say the passarelle is probably one of the most gracious. Let’s walk up on to the main deck aft and you’ll notice the main deck table. This is able to seat 10 guests for dining.
So we’re entering into the main salon now. First of all, you get a true feel of the NAMOH’s volume. You’re first confronted with two sofas, and this is a great social area.
So we’re in the forward part of the main salon now on the main deck. This dining area is fantastic, has a Lazy Susan, easily seats 10 people. But you’ll also note the wonderful light that’s coming in from these large main salon windows. There’s also an enormous amount of storage on the port and starboard side in the main salon.
Moving forward in the main salon on the port side, we have the galley, which is a very large space for the chef to work his magic. The crew mess is located down from the galley. Once you get down to the bottom of the steps, you have the crew dining area. The captain’s cabin is off to your starboard side and there’s three more crew cabins up forward – all very spacious for the crew to get a good night’s rest.
We’re back up in the main salon and we’re going to head forward on the starboard side. There’s a day head that’s located just before you get to the master.
Now we’ve just entered into the master cabin which is forward on the main deck. You have an office desk on the left and a seating area on the right. Immediately as you come in you can see the full beam cabin.
This is really, truly quite a special place. It has an enormous amount of storage, which on a yacht of this size, typically you don’t see. The king-size bed, it’s fantastic, there’s plenty of room to walk around. His and her bathroom – you have a giant shower in one and a Jacuzzi tub in the other.
So we’re back in the main salon by this beautiful spiral staircase. Before we head down into the four guest cabins, I just want to mention that you can access all three decks from the spiral staircase.
We’re in the lower deck now. Just forward of the staircase, we have two cabins – one is a twin and one is a queen; and they’re both ensuite. Just after the stairs we have two cabins, both have kings and both are also ensuite.
So we’ve moved up to the sky lounge which is very, very spacious. This is a full-beam sky lounge with a day head on the port side, great seating area with a flat-screen TV. You have a card table, which is on the starboard side, and a fantastic bar area, which is on the port side.
Moving up in the sky lounge you have the bridge deck aft, which is a great dining area. This is very, very private; it has a wonderful Jacuzzi up here, which is a great feature. Also has privacy screens for that extra seclusion.
So we’re up on the sundeck. We have this fantastic sunning area, lots of space for everybody to sit. It’s a full helm station, up on the sundeck. We have a barbecue, sink, also there’s two Sea-doos and the main tender is stored discreetly up here.
We’ve just come down from the sundeck and we’re in the main bridge. This bridge has a great seating area where the guests can sit, take their coffee in the morning, discuss with the captain the day’s plans.
Also we have a great captain’s chair with a seat to either side – port and starboard – where you could admire the views and look at all the electronics. The bridge also has a port and starboard doorway to the wing stations for maneuvering when you’re coming in and out of port.
As you can see we’re now in the engine room of motoryacht NAMOH. The first thing that strikes you is that you can see that she’s very, very clean, meticulously well maintained. The main engines are 3512 Caterpillars. They have the deep sump, which increases the time between services.
It’s been an absolute pleasure of showing around motoryacht NAMOH today. To get a true feel for the volume of this yacht, you have to come and see her in person. Please feel free to contact me.
