This particular Neputunus Yacht has found a new home, but this walkthrough offers you an idea of the general layout and overall features of this type of boat. Join us as we take a look at the exterior of this 62′ flybridge:
Hi, I’m Alex Wilkes with Denison Yacht Sales. We’re here in Tampa, Florida at the West Shore Yacht Club and today I’m going to give you a tour of a 2005 62 Neptunus Flybridge.
Here we are on the swim platform of Crazy Lucky, the 62 Neptunus. This is a hydraulic swim platform with the lift capacity of a 1000 lbs. And I’m standing on teak grates, which allow the water to flow smoothly when lifting the hydraulic swim platform up and down.
Over here on the port side you have a port side access door as well as a port side shore power 50-amp cord. On the starboard side you have the same exact thing; you’ve got a starboard side access door, the starboard side 50-amp shore power, both of these shore powers are on Glendenning cables. Over here on the starboard side swim platform, you’ll notice you have a mount for your swim ladder.
So an amazing new feature that Crazy Lucky just recently had installed our 4 high-end underwater lights. It allows you to filter through different colors as well as filtering from static to strobe lighting.
So walking into the aft deck of the 62 Neptunus you can see here on the port side, which is also on the starboard, a beautiful Neptunus stainless steel door. Over here on the port side you have a Fusion radio control for the aft deck, JL Audio speaker with tweeter; you also have a sink on the port side as well as storage underneath the sink.
So here on the aft deck of the 62 Neptunus, you can see we have a great seating area and I can easily access that seating area by walking through these two tables here which you can use for cocktail tables or if I close this access, it’s a great dining table here in the aft deck.
So here we are up on the flybridge of the 62 Neptunus, which is one of the most impressive features of this boat. Starting over here on the starboard side you have a sink and an electric grill. You also have a refrigerator and then plenty of storage. To the aft section of the bridge we have a huge amount of seating; a U-shaped seating area with a great dining table for entertainment.
So over here on the port side of the bridge you have a Jacuzzi tub which is a very rare feature for a 62 Neptunus. Moving forward on the flybridge to the starboard side we have our flybridge helm. You can see you’ve got your trim tab controls; you have your Raymarine speed, Raymarine depth, Fusion radio.
A great new recent update by the owner is the addition of this Garmin 7215 touchscreen, which is your GPS, your depth finder, radar, you can tie into video, you can have satellite weather. But it’s just a great easy-to-use system.
So a great feature of the 62 Neptunus Flybridge is the additional sunpad area, forward of the helm and forward of the helm seating – a great place to lay out and get some sun.
So here we are in the bow of the 62 Neptunus and forward we have our Delta plow anchor and our Maxwell 3500 windlass. You also have two fender holders on both the port and the starboard side of the bow. Also here up on the bow we have a large sunpad area. You also have cup holders on both the port and starboard side behind the sunpad area.
