I wanted to put into words just how much my family and I appreciate the amazing experience we had working with you and the Denison team.

After the passing of my step-father, selling the boat he and my mother loved, was one of the most daunting and time-sensitive tasks. Each month we continued to pay the hefty expenses added to our already mournful and anxiety-ridden emotional situation.

We had our boat listed with another broker for 6 months and during that time we had one serious prospect and about 5 other buyers who visited the boat but appeared to be more tire kickers than motivated buyers.

This resulted in me countering on an offer and standing my ground which made it possible for me to entertain another offer simultaneously which ended up being the deal we closed on – just shy of 2 weeks after the offer was excepted and a week and 3 days after the survey.
