May 1, 2017 8:11 am

Dean Stuhlmann of Denison Yachting has sold “CHAIRMAN,” a classic 1989 85′ Broward motoryacht, with the help of Global One Yacht Sales and NIO Yacht Group.

Chairman is a superb example of a Broward raised pilothouse design for the rich Broward history. Built with comfort in mind, she has a spacious full-beam salon with formal dining and relaxed living area. The galley is a classic Broward ‘country kitchen’ (eat-in) design.

“The new buyer is excited about updating the boat with his personal touch and looking forward to putting it to good use,” Stuhlmann said.

The motoryacht’s three staterooms are roomy, with the full-beam master incorporating his and her heads and a shower/jacuzzi midship.
