My DeFever 48 was listed through your company until a few days ago.  I had the pleasure of working exclusively with Russ Schafer a true professional and now I’m proud to consider a friend.
 
I decided to list “Bella Mare” about a year ago following a personal recommendation from another client of your company, Greg Saunders.  With significant action for the first six months, I moved her to Fort Lauderdale last fall because we needed to find the right buyer as soon as possible.  Russ did more that I could ever expect on a weekly basis to make sure she showed well and all leads were exhausted when they appeared.  Survey items were fixed, she was washed routinely, bottom cleaned, and the teak decks were serviced by a local craftsman and managed by Russ personally.  When the lead surfaced that ended up buying her, Russ was so ill that he had to go to urgent care a few days before a very successful survey.  And by the way, the final price was over the asking price.
