2018 Cannes Yachting Festival
September 11-16

The Cannes Yachting Festival returns for its 41st edition next month, kicking off the boat-show season yet again from its longstanding home port along the French Riviera.

Since 1977, the festival, one of the largest of its kind in Europe, is where some of the world’s premiere builders gather to showcase their new, state-of-the-art superyachts, which only seem to compliment the enchanting, luxurious backdrop of the Côte d’Azur.

40m Tamsen Yacht NAMASTE 2008

As the leading in-water boating event, the standard for this collection of yachts comes down to a few must haves, such as style, design, comfort, livability, technological innovations and performance.

Nearly 600 boats, measuring 5 to 55 meters, will be displayed in water and on land, including 120 of those aforementioned world premieres.

Joining the lineup at Port Pierre Canto will be Denison Yachting’s 40m Tamsen called NAMASTE (pictured above), which offers a contemporary Asian décor and unobstructed views, with strong lines and an interior design by Loro Piana.

Other models featured at the show will include everything from a 48m Baglietto and a nearly 41m CCN Fuoriserie to the 40m Conrad named VIATORIS and the Ferretti Group’s latest 38.36m Custom Line 120.

Fountaine Pajot NEW 67 Sailing Yacht

As far as the sailing class, Denison Yacht Broker Wiley Sharp offered his top list of global debuts to preview during the festival, making note of the Fountiane Pajot NEW 67 (pictured above) as well as the Sunreef 80, among others.
