Denison is pleased to announce the sale of INVADER, a 164′ Codecasa superyacht built in 1999. Ken Denison was the listing broker in an in-house deal.
INVADER is a tri-deck motor yacht featuring an on-deck master, his and her baths, owners office, gym or sixth stateroom on the main deck, four guest suites below and an elevator to all decks. Both the main deck and the bridge deck outside are open, and the sun deck is massive. Her garage is large with ample room for water toys and tenders. The elegant but relaxing interior sleeps 12 guests in six staterooms plus 11 crew.
Her stunning interior uses a blend of pearwood, sycamore, and American cherry. Intricate designs using inlays of hand-selected onyx and marble are used as flooring in the foyers, baths and dining room, giving the interior an artistic feel.
INVADER is powered by reliable Caterpillars for efficient cruising and boasts a range of 5,500 nautical miles.
Lying in the Pacific Northwest, she was sold by her original owners that are well-known for being experienced yachtsmen that were hands-on throughout her build process and continued to oversee a solid ownership program since Day One.
