I’m Drew Offerdahl with Denison Yachting. Today I’ll be walking you through NATURAL BREAK II. This 475 sport yacht is the best you’ll find on the pre-owned market. She’s loaded with upgrades, lift-kept since new and maintained with an open checkbook by her single owner. Starting at the transom, she’s powered by quad 350 Yamahas, with warranty until March of 2019. They provide a top speed of 50 knots and a 35 knot cruise. The teak cockpit has access to the 12-kilowatt diesel generator and a Brownies third lung dive compressor.
To port is the swinging dive door with fold-out swim ladder, which makes boarding from the dock a breeze. Forward is your Kenyon grill and sink. An Isotherm fridge and ice-maker can be found under the spacious bench helm seat, which overlooks a full suite of electronics.
The helm deck is fully enclosed and air-conditioned. To port, there is seating for 8, which wraps around the helm. The hardtop has the fiberglass arch upgrade, an electric sunroof, Garmin radar, satellite TV and FLIR night vision.
Now we will move down into the cabin, which is finished with teak and maple flooring and satin maple cabinetry. The first thing you’ll notice is the impressive amount of natural light from both the whole side windows and the recessed deck lights. Intrepid really does an excellent job of creating an open feel in a space that’s often claustrophobic on other boats. The guest stateroom to starboard has a queen berth as well as a master to port, which also has a flat-screen TV.
Forward from the master is a separate enclosed shower stall, with access to the head. The galley is equipped with an Isotherm fridge and freezer, microwave, stainless-steel sink, Kenyon cooktop and Corian countertops. Forward is the dinette, with an electrically actuating table that converts into a third queen berth. A second flat-screen TV also overlooks this area. At the bow, we have a Lewmar windlass with stainless steel claw anchor, Vetus bow thruster and spotlight.
That concludes our walkthrough on NATURAL BREAK. Thanks for joining me and if you have any questions or would like to see the boat in person, contact me or my partner Russ anytime.
