70 Sunseeker Sold By Yacht Broker Will Noftsinger

Denison Yachting announces the sale of a 70′ Sunseeker Manhattan 2008 located near Tampa, Florida. Denison’s Will Noftsinger represented the Buyer while the Seller was represented by Kevin Zimmermann of Global Marine.

With an open, interior layout that’s equipped with four staterooms and one crew cabin, as well as a spacious galley and dining area just aft of her helm station, this 70′ Sunseeker offers a modern, stylish hub for entertaining guests. Teardrop-shaped side windows also add to the ambiance and provide a flood of natural light, which allows the space to breathe and feel more roomy. 

Given the berths in both her VIP and master suites are set at an angle, instead of the typical alignment fore and aft, Sunseeker has created a unique design feature that affords the staterooms more carpeted area. Windows in the master also increase the feeling of spaciousness, with four stainless steel ports — two of which open — built into each side of her hull. Some of her other highlights include twin V-12 1550 MAN diesels, a Furuno electronics package and hydraulic swim platform.
