70′ Azimut Motoryacht Sold By Yacht Broker Jordan Preusz

Denison Yachting announces the sale of a 70′ Azimut Flybridge 2010 located in Miami, FL, thanks to the hard work by Florida yacht broker Jordan Preusz.

Stepping onto the aft deck of SENISA, you’ll find a centerline settee that can easily accommodate six or seven guests. To starboard is an LG flat-screen TV with a new, upgraded JL audio system overhead. Her original lighting was also recently removed and replaced with upgraded LEDs. Leaving the aft deck, you step into the salon. Under foot is brand-new, wide-plank flooring. The signature Azimut window design makes her living space bright and inviting, which is complimented by a huge, U-shaped settee + pullout sofa on the starboard side.

The flybridge is accessed by a molded staircase on the portside. SENISA is equipped with a full hardtop that has a retractable sunroof. All the way aft is her 2014 AB tender with a 50 horsepower Yamaha and newly installed davit. Just forward of the davit is a sizable teak table with wraparound seating. To port is a convenient summer galley, featuring a Kenyon grill + sink on top and a stainless steel ice-maker + fridge below. All the way forward is a massive sunpad, where guests will certainly gather to enjoy the views while underway.
