95′ Sunseeker Sold By Yacht Broker David Johnson

Denison Yachting announces the sale of a 95′ Sunseeker 2017 located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Denison’s David Johnson represented the Seller while the Buyer was represented by Randy Kires of Atlantic Yacht & Ship.

Passing through the large stainless doors, you enter HIDEOUT’s salon where you’ll find black walnut joinery and Wenge flooring throughout. Beneath the panoramic windows on the port side is a U-shaped sofa. Opposite to starboard is a 55-inch flat screen while to either side of the TV are two armchairs. Continuing forward is a formal dining area + satin walnut table that can easily accommodate up to eight guests comfortably for dinner.

Taking the staircase up to the flybridge, you’ll see a large sunpad aft that converts into a chaise lounge. This is connected to a molded-in, seven-person Jacuzzi. Forward of the Jacuzzi, there’s a dining settee that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests – a great location for alfresco dining. Opposite of the dining table is a cozy area with an L-shaped settee and a cocktail table, making her flybridge perfect for entertaining.
