Biography

Steve has been a resident of South Florida since the age of one and says he has never considered living anywhere else. He has an obsession for the water and has owned boats nearly all his life. He and his entire family have been avid boaters as long as he can remember.

The son of a North Miami Police Sergeant, Steve is retired from the Fort Lauderdale Police Department having served over 20 years, during which time he spent the majority of his career as a detective. He was also a member of several specialty units including the Police Dive Team and Hostage Negotiation Team.

After retiring in 2002, he obtained his U.S. Coast Guard 100 Ton Master Mariners license and started his own marine services company. He has done vessel deliveries and captained vessels for owners from Fort Lauderdale to New York, the Abaco Islands, Exuma Islands, Florida Keys, Cuba, Mexico’s Yucatan Coast and Florida west coast to Louisiana. In addition, he provides his customers with full service yacht management which has provided him with a strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, construction and performance. He also provides boat handling lessons to owners new to boating.

Whether you are a first time buyer or moving to a larger boat, Steve will be able to guide you through the entire process before, during and after your purchase.
