I want to start off by saying I never reach out to company executives no matter if I have a good or bad experience. However, I feel the need to reach out to you about Brian Ragsdale one of your yacht brokers. 
 
I have had been dealing with a number of brokers all passionless with no follow-up until I called Brian on a Bertram on Yachtworld. I called him on a Sunday hoping to leave a message but he picked up the phone and talked to me for 45 minutes. Brian knew every Bertram that was on the market more so than I did, and I had been looking for 6 months straight.
 
He would follow up with me every time a new sportfish hit the market. Brian spent hours with me on the phone before he convinced me to look at a Blackwell sportfish. Brian sure knows boats because that was the nicest Carolina Boat on the market and I overlooked her. He knew every single Custom Carolina boat on the market by heart! 
 
I quadrupled my budget because I had such confidence in Brian as my yacht broker. We ended up putting an offer in on the Blackwell and for a month straight we spoke every single day! I put that kid through the ringer because I was very nervous and indecisive about spending that much more money than my initial budget. The hull surveyed out near flawless for a 2004 like he told me it would. Every single person Brian has put me in touch with has been amazing to work with (SO IMPORTANT): mechanics, electronics guys, soft goods, yacht financing, fishing gear, etc.
 
Buying a boat can be hard but Brian was with me every inch of the way (he still is). 
 
My father and I drove this boat from Savannah to Stuart in a small craft advisory sea this past weekend and Brian was communicating to us guiding us through inlets and tell us what ports to stop at even when he was busy with the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Again going above and beyond what a yacht broker should be doing. He made me text him at every port making sure we got in ok knowing our radar was down. He was our eyes and ears on land and he knew our location and our route the entire trip god forbid anything happened.
 
Not only was Brian exceptional but the Blackwell blew us away, eating up the occasional 8 foot following sea without flinching. Brian couldn’t have been more right about the boat and we are absolutely obsessed with her she is the nicest boat I have ever been on in my life. 
 
I am beyond happy with my experience with Denison, not only did Brian crush it, but so did Jamie Telcik in your Palm Beach office. She was incredibly responsive, personable, and easy to work with.
