Shawn Hennessey

Shawn Hennessey grew up on the outskirts of New Orleans, Louisiana, where his love for boating began. From cruising around the bayou after school in his own little skiff to weekend deep sea excursions and crawfish boils, the boating lifestyle has always been something Shawn understands and deeply appreciates. 

After serving in the United States Navy for nearly ten years onboard the U.S.S. Enterprise for a world cruise, as well as, being stationed in San Francisco and Virginia Beach, Shawn was finally stationed in Pensacola where he met his future wife. There, he left the service and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.

Over the past few years, Shawn has worked in sales and marketing in multiple capacities. He most recently transitioned from a smaller yacht brokerage firm to working with the Denison team, allowing him to have a local touch with global reach. 

Today, Shawn lives in Pensacola with his wife and their two teenage sons where they enjoy being on the water as much as possible. They love spending weekends on the lake fishing and wake surfing as a family. 

Shawn has a truly giving heart, so whether he is using his talents as a chef to raise money for charity, serving on the security team at his local church, or helping his clients to find the perfect vessel, Shawn is always willing to go the extra mile.
