Denison announces the sale of SITZMARK III, a 36′ Selene ocean trawler built in 2005 and located in New London, Connecticut. The Seller was represented by Denison yacht broker Chris Davis. The Buyer was represented by Mike Farmon of Brewer Yacht Sales.

This Selene features a 2 stateroom, 2 head layout and has a walk-in engine room, which is rare for a boat of this size. She was lovingly cared for by her original owner who took delivery.  Externally, her flybridge features ample seating and is the best spot to catch a view of the sunset.

Located in New London, Connecticut, SITZMARK III was asking $345,000 at the time of sale.
