Denison Yachting announces the sale of EXIT STRATEGY a 105′ Hargrave yacht built in 2006 and located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The sellers were represented by Mike DiCondina with Hargrave Yachts and the buyers were introduced by Denison yacht broker Gregg Somerville.
EXIT STRATEGY underwent a $1 million refit in 2014. Her flushdeck flybridge was designed and built to entertain and includes a large jacuzzi, sun pad, Wolf BBQ grill, two ice makers, fridge, two televisions, and seating for over 20 people. There’s also room aft for the tender, davit, water toys, and even an impromptu dance floor on the beautifully laid teak deck. The top deck is shaded by custom fiberglass hardtop cover plates that conceal all the stainless steel creating a seamless look.
She can accommodate 8 guests in 4 staterooms, with additional 3 crew cabins for 5 crew members. Most noteworthy is the overall arrangement of the galley area, which includes a forward-facing curvaceous and large dinette and a floor-to-ceiling picture window to port. EXIT STRATEGY’S huge interior volume is complete with stunning design and exotic Sapele wood. She’s engineered with twin Cat C-30 1550 HP engines with low hours and twin Onan 35 KW generators.
EXIT STRATEGY is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with an asking price of $2,995,000 at the time of sale.
