Denison Yachting announces the sale of MELVINVILLE III an 80′ Lazzara built in 2006 and located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The sellers were represented by yacht broker Jimmy Rogers from Tom George Group and the buyers were introduced by Denison yacht broker Dean Stuhlmann.

MELVINVILLE III is a very clean and well-maintained vessel. She underwent a few upgrades over the years, including an exterior paint job in 2012, a soft goods refit in 2017, and major engine service in 2019. The exterior paint job shines, the soft goods updates are fresh and classic, and the engine room and mechanicals are clean and tidy. Her recent yard period in March 2020 tightened up the small odds and ends on this used 80′ Lazzara with a fresh bottom paint job, full detail, and teak deck maintenance.
