One of your brokers, Steve Palazzo helped me by my first large class boat, a 43 foot Viking. We met virtually when I was looking at several boats that Denison had posted. I didn’t know much about the broker business, but he convinced me that he was on my side and would do everything to help me purchase a boat. He exceeded my expectations by far! I’m a fighter pilot in the Air Force and a commercial airline pilot and while I travel a lot, I was temporarily locked down due to the Covid and stuck in Texas when I found the boat that I thought would be a perfect fit. Long story short, Steve went well above and beyond all expectations in helping me review, survey, find insurance and mechanics, connect with the boat and ultimately purchase it…and even helped me ferry it down the East Coast of Florida to the Florida Keys where I now live. I expect to stay connected with Steve, he has even offered for me to stay at his place when I’m in town and we have had several meetings with both his wife and my girlfriend.
