B&B Yacht Charters Joins Forces With Denison Yachting

Andrzej Bus | July 10, 2021

Denison is excited to welcome Jennifer M. Saia, Deb Pytko, and Allison J. Cecilio from Boutique & Best Yacht Charters to the team. They will continue working with current clients, owners, and captains under both the Retail and Charter Management divisions, adding 7 new yachts to Denison’s charter fleet.

As president and charter specialist with B&B Yacht Charters since 2013, Jennifer brings forth extensive knowledge of the yacht charter industry. Her career began at The Sacks Group in 1990 where she gained a reputation as a well-respected and successful charter agent. She took over The Sacks Group Yachting Professionals in 1994 and served as president growing the company to handle up to 35 mega-yachts with 28 staff in 3 offices until selling the company to International Yacht Collection (IYC) in 2010. Jennifer travels annually to major charter shows throughout North America, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean, inspecting motor yachts and sailing vessels before recommending boats to clients. Now with Denison, Jennifer will contribute her interpersonal skills and global relationships as a charter specialist while continuing to give back to the community both professionally and within charitable organizations in Newport, Rhode Island, Fort Lauderdale, Florida and internationally.

Deb Pytko entered the yachting industry with Little Harbor Yacht Sales in Portsmouth, Rhode Island in 2004. She gained greater experience over the years as an office manager, executive assistant, and charter assistant with Bartram & Brakenhoff for 5 years. She was also an executive assistant to world-renowned sailor and yacht designer, Ted Hood before transitioning to executive assistant & charter marketing assistant at B&B Yacht Charters in 2013. Now with Denison, Deb will share her experience as a charter assistant/charter marketing coordinator to the 7 yachts joining the now combined fleet. Cooperating charter agents and fleet captains enjoy working with her as her attention to detail is impeccable.

Allison began her career in yachting after moving to Fort Lauderdale at 28 years old. Since then, she worked in various roles within the industry including stewardess, charter assistant, executive assistant, charter broker, and charter manager working with Jennifer at The Sacks Group, IYC, and B&B Yacht Charters, altogether for over 15 of her 25 years in the business. Allison attends major charter shows worldwide and is an active member of International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA). She previously served on their Charter Professionals Committee, which promotes networking among yacht management and charter brokers. Allison joins Denison as a charter agent.

“I’m excited to work with the Denison family as my first exposure to a luxury yacht was a 120’ Broward in 1988 at the shipyard in Fort Lauderdale. I met Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dension briefly on the deck of their house there, too. For me, working with Denison completes a full circle that started 33 years ago, making my last move in the industry a meaningful one.” – Jennifer Saia

Jennifer, Deb, and Allison will operate out of Denison’s recently renovated and beautiful Newport, Rhode Island location at Christie’s Landing coordinating with their corporate headquarters in Dania Beach, Florida. Each woman offers a wealth of knowledge and experience in the charter market and strives to make new and repeat clients feel comfortable with arranging luxury yacht vacations. As respected individuals in the yachting industry, Jennifer, Deb, and Allison are a natural fit for the Denison family.
