The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show will be held from October 27-31, 2021. The 5-day event showcases more world and U.S. debuts than any other boat show in the country. As an attendee, FLIBS is an excellent opportunity to participate in the best of Fort Lauderdale’s luxury lifestyle, which includes waterfront dining, miles of beach, luxury resorts, and high-end shopping. But also, yachts. About 1,500 of them to be exact.
Of all the superyachts on display at FLIBS 2021, you’re not going to find one that’s even remotely similar to CALLIOPE, a 105-foot Numarine built in 2018. Her ice blue hull is unmistakable in a sea of traditional white yachts, with a strong, masculine design that is purposefully built to travel the world.
The Numarine 32XP was one of the most popular yachts on display at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March 2021, so Denison is bringing her (slightly) older sister to FLIBS 2021. Explore CALLIOPE, Hull #2 in Numarine’s popular explorer yacht series.
CALLIOPE is one of the first Numarine 32XPs to enter the market. Built in 2018, she features a full displacement steel hull with a composite superstructure. Her design is recognizable by a vertical bow and large glass windows. CALLIOPE has a large volume of 300 gross tons and an impressive trans-ocean range of 4,000 nautical miles. She was built to travel to remote regions of the world, such as Ushuaia or the Norwegian Fjords.
Her exterior features include a designated beach club (one of our favorites) and a massive boat deck that can carry a 29’ Axpoar plus 2 full-size jet skis (which is impressive considering she has an overall length of only 105 feet). The sundeck has a second helm station with full bar and lounge areas (also one of our favorites).
CALLIOPE can accommodate 12 guests in 5 cabins, plus additional accommodation for 5 crew. But we don’t want to give too much away — you’ll have to book a tour to explore her modern interior design.
When we said that the Numarine was one of the most popular yachts on display at PBIBS 2021, we weren’t joking. Alex G. Clarke is Denison’s point person for all things Numarine and has sold 4 yachts since taking on the shipbuilder in 2019. Of those, Alex sold Hull #2, #3, and #4 of the Numarine 37XP throughout the first half of 2021, plus a Numarine 32XP 2020.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Numarine during this entire sales process. They are pushing hard to establish themselves in the American market and this sale [37XP Hull #2] is a step in the right direction. I feel there are some very exciting projects coming out of this Turkish shipyard. — Alex G. Clarke
Denison is proud to represent Numarine’s Explorer range of luxury motor yachts. This line of yachts is built to take you further and faster in comfort and safety. While you’ll be able to tour CALLIOPE at FLIBS 2021, here’s a look at other Numarine models that will be available soon.
On Saturday, October 9, Numarine hosted an event with Yazz Collective, a secluded resort in Fethiye, Turkey. The resort is set in one of Fethiye’s iconic coves that can only be accessed by boat. So Numarine gathered 17 of its yachts and invited 163 guests to enjoy an evening on the water. The popular 37XP was on display along with 32XP Hull #1, 26XP, 105HT, and the Numarine 52 OPEN. Check out some photos from the night below.
