60 Meter Amels New Build Yacht Sold by Denison [Project SNOW]

Denison Yachting is pleased to announce the sale of Project SNOW, a new construction Amels 6004. Kurt Bosshardt and Patrick Hopkins represented the Sellers. Tassos Papantoniou with Torrance Yachts introduced the Buyers.

Project SNOW is Hull #4 of the Amels Limited Edition 60 meter yacht; it’s the perfect balance between full custom and semi-custom. The exterior is designed by Espen Øino, a world-renowned designer and naval architect based in Monaco. He adds edgy aspects throughout the exterior to give the design depth and shape.

This Amels new construction yacht boasts 5,231 square feet of deck space including a sundeck, main deck, bridge deck aft, and swim platform. The Amels 60 comes with the best amenities such as a beach club sauna, sundeck jacuzzi, and a touch-and-go helipad. She can carry a 30-foot tender on the foredeck, the largest tender on a yacht of this size.

The Amels 60 is a hybrid yacht; at 7 knots, she’s powered by hybrid electrical drive motors, reducing harmful emissions and vibrations while benefiting from lower fuel and maintenance costs. She offers a transatlantic range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots and superior full displacement seakeeping for performance and comfort.

Project SNOW boasts a sophisticated interior design by Studio Indigo, a London-based studio that specializes in architecture, interior design, and yachts. The objective behind the interior is brightness — to bring the outside in, ensuring a unified look throughout the yacht. Studio Indigo took some of Espen Øino’s external design elements and added them into the fresh, new interior concept. The reception area has generous ceiling heights of up to 7 feet surrounded by big ocean views. A central staircase makes the layout intuitive and accessible.

The Amels 60 offers 6 luxury suites to accommodate 12 guests. Forward on the main deck is the full-beam owner’s suite, designed as a private space to retreat while enjoying the ocean view and breeze with a folding balcony terrace. There is one adjoining main deck cabin that can be used as a VIP, children’s suite, office, or gym. The remaining 4 lower deck guest suites are 200 square feet each.
