Good morning, I’m Aaron Antonson. I’m a broker with Denison Yachting and today we’re at the Monaco Yacht Show. We’re just offshore. We were brought out by the Denison tender to take a look at K-584, the 120-foot boat built at CPM.
Today’s walkthrough is going to be a little different than normal. This is actually my first time onboard and we’re going to be learning about this space together today. We’re going to start today’s tour on the owner’s private sundeck right off of the master stateroom.
Right now we’re on the second floor of the vessel. This is a great spot to wake up to. This is the owner’s favorite spot on board. Every morning he wakes up has a cup of coffee and enjoys the beautiful surrounding areas. The magic space we’re going to go to next is the master stateroom.
In the owner’s stateroom, we’re here on the second floor. We have a bright elegant feel inside the master stateroom. Again we have beautiful views surrounded by these large windows. After the space are double doors that open to the owner’s private outdoor area.
The owner positioned his master stateroom to be just adjacent to the pilothouse. We’ll be passing through here now with a nice foyer entryway. This pilothouse, just forward to the owner’s stateroom, is exactly built for the owner’s needs with all of the state-of-the-art materials.
Again, this is a vessel that the owner has a lot of hands-on control over. So he likes to be able to have a full array of electronics. Regards of layout, we have the helm forward nice settee, and a captain’s office.
Immediately forward of the pilothouse, we have a beautiful outdoor dining and lounging area. The owner uses this space in the mornings for coffee and when at anchor with the beautiful sunshades above. What I like about this area is it has a split deck configuration with the comfort in the back and utility in the forward.
Leaving here follow me down to the aft deck. We’re now located on her aft deck which holds her 6-meter chase tender as well as a 2-ton knuckle crane for supporting all of her toys on board. When the tender is deployed and the chalks are stowed, we usually see this area freed and filled with movable furniture.
Also worth mentioning back here is a swim platform just below with the large open deck. Here on the swim platform, we have access to the vessel’s dive center, one of the most state-of-the-art areas onboard.
Directly forward of the dive center, we have access to the engine room on the port side. Moving our way forward, we’re going to be entering the salon. I love this salon. It’s a beautiful open space, lots of white but still very cozy, outfitted with high-end trims and a Scandinavian finish. Regards to layout, we have seating in the aft, to the port as well as a comfortable armchair. All the seating faces a high-low TV.
Moving forward, we’re at the formal dining area. My favorite thing about this table is the contrast between beauty and utility. We have a solid teak table with a sharp red industrial steel base. Real quick, I’d like to show you the galley which is just forward to port, this is where all the cooking is on board.
Our next step onboard is the VIP stateroom on deck which we’re going to access through the foyer. And before accessing the VIP stateroom forward, we have a substantial size gym here on board, something you usually don’t see on a boat of the size.
What we see on a boat the size is an on-deck master. What a real game-changer, this is being a VIP stateroom forward. Like the rest of this boat, she styled simple, stout, get bold. Favorite aspect about this is the layout, aft-facing berth, large storage as well as a full walk-in closet. A perk of this ensuite head is the large windows. We’re going to wrap up today’s walk through taking a look at the lower staterooms.
We’re first going to take a look at the starboard side stateroom with a double berth. This is a great example of what you can find onboard. Very cozy spaces but you still have beautiful windows, stunning views. Directly across the hallway, we have the smallest stateroom onboard which is a Pullman configuration. She also has a desk.
Our last stop onboard is a forward VIP on the lower deck. In the lower VIP, she also boasts full beam as well as ample storage with a walk-in closet.
