CHIMERA, a 125′ Broward motor yacht built in 1989 was sold by Kurt Bosshardt, who represented the seller. Jarrett Hiebert with Merle Wood & Associates introduced the buyer.

CHIMERA is a classic American tri-deck and the first Broward to be ABS certified ( + remains fully in class). A 25-foot beam and spacious on-deck master stateroom make this boat feel like a 150-foot yacht packed into a 125-foot line.

She underwent a complete transformation in 2018 — her entire interior was replaced with new flooring, decking, soft goods, furniture, and window shades, while her exterior was painted navy blue. The sky lounge is a standout feature with a full wet bar, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating areas.

CHIMERA was located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and was asking $3,700,000 at the time of sale.
