Welcome to Miami Beach Marina. I’m Patrick Hopkins and today I’m going to introduce you to Morgan Sandoval who will be taking you through this 2016 Numarine 62, our newest listing.

Thanks Patrick. Welcome aboard SEBASTIAN. This 3-state room, 3-head layout makes for the ultimate cruising vessel and can even accommodate 2 crew for longer voyages. Numarines which are built in Istanbul, Turkey combine performance and comforts that you are never left feeling without. This flybridge model is referred to by Numarine as a miracle of space due to its bright and airy interiors and ample open entertainment space. Some of my favorite features of this vessel are the 360 views you have in the salon which let in tons of light, the open galley which is perfect for entertaining and the amount of space you have in every major area on board.

Today’s walkthrough will begin at the bow. As I mentioned earlier, one of my favorite things about this boat is how much space there is to entertain. Not only do you have two fully adjustable sunpads but also a forward-facing bench. It’s perfect for a midday lunch with family or cocktail cruise with friends. With teak underfoot, there are walkways both port and starboard. Heading aft on the starboard side, we arrive at the swim platform. The swim platform on this Numarine is the perfect size to house a jetski or small tender and comes with hydraulic passerelle that makes boarding or deboarding an easy task. Without a tender, you can enjoy this space as a private beach club and have easy access to and from the water using the swim ladder.

The crew quarters on this Numarine is currently being used for storage but it does house two twin beds and a dedicated wet head and sink basin. Coming up the port side steps, we find ourselves in the cockpit. One of the unique features of this area is the large U-shaped seating that actually connects to the salon when the full beam glass doors are open fully. We also have sunpads aft and teak laden steps that will bring us up to the flybridge.

I know my favorite place to be when I’m cruising on the water is up on the flybridge so you can have 360 views on a beautiful day like today. With sunpads forward and this large seating area aft, it’s a great entertainment space for large groups. This flybridge also comes with an upper helm which on a day like today is the ideal place to be captaining the vessel from.

This flybridge comes with a summer galley which includes single basin sink, grill, an ice maker and a fridge which makes for a perfect waterfront barbecue oasis. Additional features on this Numarine’s flybridge include a retractable Bimini top and JL audio speakers. Next we’re going to go ahead down and take a look at the salon.

We enter the salon through these gorgeous glass doors that I mentioned earlier that when opened all the way to the starboard side provide this really beautiful airy space with tons of natural light. It almost combines the cockpit in the salon area. This U-shaped couch really gives you a family room style vibe and with these wood grain cabinets, you have plenty of storage, fully equipped with a Hi-Lo flat screen TV, fusion audio system that controls 5 Bose speakers. Moving forward, we have this beautiful breakfast nook. One of my favorite parts about this area is that it has a really open galley design. So even if you’re in the galley, prepping a meal or making a cocktail, you can have conversation and entertain your guests.

In this galley we have Bosch appliances including full freezer and fridge, 4 top burner, convection oven and dishwasher. We also have a two basin sink, overhead storage and 8 storage drawers for dishware, glassware and cutlery. Before we head down the companionway to our staterooms, we have our main helm to port.

As you head down a rounded staircase you reach your forward VIP stateroom. This stateroom boasts a full queen size bed, two storage closets, a Samsung TV and independent AC controls. With storage compartments and symmetrical portholes to both sides of the stateroom, there is a very parallel feel to this layout. This stateroom has a private ensuite bathroom with full shower, head and a single sink vanity. As we move aft we come across a twin stateroom boasting two side-by-side twin beds and a private ensuite bathroom full with shower head and sink. This twin stateroom has a lot more light than most in the size category of motor yacht. It is equipped with storage, reading lights, Samsung TV and independent AC controls. Saving the best for last we head all the way aft to the master stateroom. In the master, the queen faces starboard with room length windows on each side. The special feature gives the master enormous amount of natural light that floods in the room.

To starboard you find a vanity, Hi-Lo TV storage compartments and a chase style reading nook. The master ensuite has a single sink as well as a large stand-up shower and head.

On behalf of Morgan Sandoval, Denison Yachting and myself Patrick Hopkins, I want to thank you for joining us aboard today for this walkthrough. If you have any questions or you’d like to get on board, feel free to contact us anytime.
