My name is Ryan Alexander with Denison Yachting. We are here at the Cannes Yachting Festival. It’s the last day of the show, and despite having walked some like 45 miles in the past few days, I still have the energy that it takes to show you one of the most awesome boats at this show.

It’s more than the color. It’s more than the layout. This boat was built in Turkey by some of the best minds in the business, and I’m going to show you what they came up with. At the boat show kind of the way this works is there are million people with the video cameras that want to jump around and get on every boat.

So we came yesterday morning, we filmed this boat for about two and a half hours. We even ran into David Seal. This is a really dynamic boat. That’s the whole point of this thing. So we’re going to cover the salon wide open glass on all sides down below in the guest accommodations, one of my favorite things is that you can kind of reconfigure things down there just by adding a single watch to add a state room or you’ve got a second salon down there. That said, we don’t have a ton of time to do this portion of today’s walkthrough, so I’m just going to show you through, show you what this boat is all about.

85 Sarp Swim Platform

I’m currently standing on a Z-lift. This serves as the swim platform. You pick the tender in and up out of the water here, so it’s really easy. Over here on the starboard side, we’ve got this carbon fiber shower. It’s two different pieces here, joined together, drops right down in the deck, so you step out the water on the swim platform can clean off here. One thing that I really like about this is that you have these three different tiers, so you have more of a mezzanine layout here.

Moving up to the second tier here on the mezzanine, we got a few hatches. The primary one is the engine room. We’re going to come back to that in just a minute. We also have access to the laundry center, and this steps up to kind of our main seating area. This is where we have a pair of opposing tables, one port, one starboard, some removable seating. And you’ll notice that all of these stanchions right here, not only carbon fiber, but they pull in and out of the deck really easily. Here on the third level, we’re covered by a molded hard top. It extends aft. They’ve also got this sun shade. This works really well for sitting up here. You got 10 or 12 people. Entertain the whole family out here.

And one last thing that I didn’t mention is there’s actually a removable davit off the port side of the boat. Before we take a look at the interior, we’re going to head up the starboard side deck. Once again, carbon fiber here. You got a couple different places to hold, but what you really notice are the size of these windows right here. They continue all the way forward, and then you see them kind of reappear here in the gunnel on the starboard sides, you can see out. Again, the boat is all about the view, and then you eventually come onto the four deck itself. Kind of cozy up here, you got a few different seating areas, you got your ground tackle. This is a great spot for the crew and the guests to interact together, whether the drop in the anchor, or finishing off a cocktail at sunset. We have one other exterior space that we’re going to cover. We’re actually going to save that to the very end of today’s walkthrough because it really is spectacular. That is the fly bridge.

85 Sarp Engine Room

For now, we’re going to check out the engine room right before we step inside and take a look at the interior. Just about anybody who’s come on board this boat, has stepped on board because they have heard rumors of the engine room in here. It really is the heart of the boat and the design here of this fuel tank really screams that and this style continues throughout the rest of the engine room. Including the engines, here we’ve got a pair of MAN i6-800, so i6 in-line six. Each of these is paired with a generator, 32 kilowatts by KOHLER, outboard port, and starboard. As you look around and you see the consistency between all the elements throughout this boat, seeing it here in the engine room in a totally different way, and that’s a little bit a live to this boat. You know that they spent the right amount of time plotting, planning, laying everything out, giving this boat exactly what she needs.

85 Sarp Salon

Best part of walking through any boat is when you step into a space and you think that’s what I’m talking about. And this is one of those spaces, windows on all sides. A lot of great detail in here that you miss if you don’t look careful. One of the things that I really like the most is in the overhead here, where the speakers are. You’ve got this honeycomb shape and even these AC vents overhead, the way that they’ve angled them towards the middle, it makes it really cool.

The air’s really even in here. You’re not sitting directly below vent with air blowing down on the top of your head. Over here on the starboard side, speaking of glass, kind of hard to see from the angle that you’re at, but there are windows right here, so the light actually shines down from the top to fill the space with a little bit of extra light. When you hit this button right here, the doors over here on the starboard side, they open all the way up, let in a fresh cross breeze, not here, just on the starboard side, but also over to port. So a lot of great natural light in here.

85 Sarp Galley

Directly forward of the seating area and these scale models, we have this bar. You notice this Tree of Life homage on the front side of this panel right here. When you hit this button, this is going to drop down and it opens up to connect the galley and the salon. You can see all the way aft out of these windows, but you’ve got a private space in here, your own compartment. So whether you’re cooking with the family or cooking by yourself, you can do it in an open or in an enclosed space. You got everything you need in here. Four burner cooktop, Miele oven, a large refrigerator, freezer, and plenty of countertop space.

Connecting the salon, the wheelhouse just about every other spot onboard the boat, we have the main deck foyer here that heads down to the guest accommodations. We’ll come back here in just a second. It also leads up to the fly bridge. I mention the fly bridge earlier. That’s our last stop on today’s tour. We move past the galley and on into the wheelhouse. So this is a different size, different shape, wheelhouse, and they’re used to seeing.

85 Sarp Wheelhouse

This is a little more like a sports car. When it comes to the electronics here, there are three multifunction displays as well as an array of other electronics, but you’ve got your chart plotter here. You’ve got a practice ship system computer as well as a bow thruster. Your engine controls and this really awesome rectangular shaped steering wheel. Usually a steering wheel spins around three or four times. This one goes to the right stops, goes to the left stops. So it simulates a more responsive driving experience. Now that we’ve covered the main deck, we’re going to step below decks and take a look at the guest accommodations.

Here we are, the lower salon. If you look around for a second, you start to notice that this space is different than most living spaces on board a boat. And that is because this is your flex space in here. How cool is this? So you got your TV, you got your window down here, some storage. The reason why you have all of this is there’s a dividing wall. On the forward end, you open up part of the cabinet and all the panels that make up a wall and a door separate right here, Midship and actually enclose this area.

85 Sarp foyer

So this serves as your one, two, three, fourth guest cabin on board, or it serves as a spot for you to watch movies hang out, and you also have a day head here making this lower deck the perfect spot to escape on rainy days when you can’t get off the boat. On the forward end of this guest state room, lower salon, we have the master state room. Full beam, I like the orange splash in here. You’ve seen it throughout the rest of the boat. I think it’s called Porsche Guards Red, if I remember correctly. But what really stands out, it’s all the little finishes. Over here on the port side, this is where we have the on suite. So again, I mentioned this boat is full beam.

85 Sarp Lower Salon

One of the ways that they do that is they have a semi-open arrangement outboard, so you’ve got a big shower stall, black stone, tinted glass. The third accommodation we’re going to take a look at is the smallest, I guess you could say of all of them. I really like these aft facing birth instead of having the pillows on the opposite bulk head. There’s also a Pullman birth in here, allowing you to sleep three. Full size hanging locker. The size of this window, pretty much unparalleled in this size boat. There’s also a private on suite.

Stepping out of this twin cabin, we have a foyer that separates us from the final stop on the lower deck, the VIP. The VIP like the master, it is full beam. It has a king size berth. You’ve got a TV on the aft bulkhead, as well as some storage. And then outboard here along the port side, you’ll notice a few different textures, but you’ve got a vanity here below the window. And just like the master, it’s got that open layout with the on suite, but this one is over off to the starboard side.

85 Sarp VIP Stateroom

Once again, glass shower stall, separate stall for the head and beautiful stone finishes. Here we are the last stop on today’s walk through, the open air fly bridge. How great is this spot? You’re completely covered and directly above me here, we’ve got this sunroof. It opens up with the touch of a button here at the helm. I love how this helm looks. The execution of this thing is perfect. We talked about how in the wheelhouse kind of has that sport car finish. Well here, you have the same look, but you have this incredible view on all sides of you. You’ve got that same steering wheel and all of your electronics are in case in this orange molded console. Our seating area is immediately after that. You notice that this table will expand. It can raise up, it can drop down, making this space usable in multiple situations. And here on the aft most end, we have our wet bar. What I like about this is that you can walk around on both sides. You got three bar stools across the front, under lit onyx bar top here as well as a grill and a sink.

85 Sarp Master Stateroom

This boat is loaded with all sorts of little details. It is truly boat that you got to look at from all angle. For example, looking forward here, you wouldn’t really notice from the front end. It opens up here, so it lets a little bit of wind flow through. Let’s a little bit of sunlight in. These are all over the place. Making this a boat, you really do need to see in person.

A few things before we wrap up today’s walkthrough one, huge thank you to Alex Clarke for getting me onboard this boat. It’s probably three years ago now that I got on board. One of his listings started showing people around. So I hope you’ve enjoyed your time on board today. This is an incredibly interesting boat for a handful of reasons, the kind of boat that makes you want to jump on a plane and fly over to the shipyard and check it out. So if you have any questions about this boat or if you’d like to get on board, you can reach out to Alex Clarke directly. He’d love to set that up for you. If you have any thoughts of your own, we’d love to hear them down in the comment section below.
