Hi guys. It’s Bob Denison and I have the honor and the privilege of telling you about what Denison did, what we’re going to do, and who we are for the month of September, 2022. So what we did, we did a lot. We were actually on airplanes. We did four really cool boat shows all in one month. The first one was Cannes. We also did the Seattle Show called Boats Afloat, great boat show, terrible name. And then after Seattle, we went to Newport for the Newport Boat Show. Also, the Monaco Show, the biggest super yacht shows in the world. And all shows for great shows. It was awesome. We also did, right before that, a shipyard tour, we went to Holland. We ended up seeing 12 of the best shipyards, including a few that you may not think of in Holland. It was big boats, small boats, and we had a blast. It was 15 of us from Denison that went. We do these things to have a better understanding of what these yards do, how they build the yachts that they build, and also more about the people, market intelligence for clients and we have a really good time doing it together.
Also we sold some boats. I’m going to list a few of them here. We have a lot of boats that were sold in September of 2022. I will list the ones that are probably coolest to see on a video like this. The first one I’m going to mention is a 50-meter new build, a Dynamiq and we have Pierre to thank for that out of our Monaco office. At the Cannes Show, we wrote two orders for two new builds at Numarine and one was with Dean Stuhlmann here out of our Fort Lauderdale office. That was a 26XP NUMARINE. That’s hull number 23 and also a 37XP sold by Alex G. Clarke, hull number 15. Excited about all of those and our partnership with Numarine is a big deal to us. Very special boats and very special people.
What we’re going to do. It’s going to be annoying this the time of the year when all you’re going to hear about from your yacht broker friends is about boat shows like I just talked about, and the big one here locally for us, our hometown show is the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. We consider it to be the super bowl of all boat shows, and it’s going to be hitting the waters of Fort Lauderdale the very end of October. So it is something that we have like an all hands on deck type of thing. And we are going to be spending a lot of time and money getting ready for it to make sure that we have a great platform and provide a great experience for all of our clients.
The other thing we’re going to do, and I’m going to list these out, we have nine new listings. We have, as you would imagine, a few more than that, but these are a few of the big ones we’re going to highlight. I also included a few of the smaller ones. And these nine, I’m just going to list them off. Try to keep up. We’re going to go fast here. The first one and the largest CA that we got this month was Thom Conboy and Chris Collins, secured a listing on 180 foot Heesen 2011 called LADY JJ. We also have a listing in a different part of the world. A 148 Niigata listed by David Johnson and Alex G. Clarke, or is it Alex G. Clarke and David Johnson. I don’t know. Alex was here first. He’s a little bit younger. However, you want to do that, let’s flip a coin. David Johnson and Alex G. Clarke, selling a 148 Niigata. We are also going to be selling a 125 foot Rosetti 2021 called EMOCEAN. That’s a co-central with Denison, Alex G. Clarke and Camper Nicholson that was just featured at the Monaco Yacht Show. We also are going to be working hard to sell a 116 Benetti listed by David Johnson. That boat was built in 2016 and it’s called OLI. And we also have a 104 Princess. This one’s in Monaco. It’s a 2012 called FLY listed by Pierre Badin over in our Monaco office. And I’m also going to mention a few other ones here. One, very excited about is an 85 foot EVADNE listed by Aaron Antonson. That boat was featured in Cannes and Monaco, called the rock. And we’re also selling an 85 foot Sarp, which was also featured at the Cannes show listed with Alex G. Clarke and Julian Calder out of our Monaco office. And on the West Coast of the US, we have a 70 Ocean Alexander that we’re going to be selling listed with Dave Millett that was built in 2017. That boat is in Southern California. And last, but very, very much not least, is a 50 Princess 2022 listed by the coolest yacht broker in Miami except for Sydney and Mike Kiely. Actually, I’m not going to list them all, but one of the coolest guys down there is Juno Prudhomm.
And then my favorite part, I always say, “this is my favorite part.” This is who we are. This month we’re going to talk about the dogs of Denison yachting and it seemed kind of silly, but as I came into the office today, I was reminded of how much I love working here. One of the reasons I love working here is because we try our very best to make our offices feel a little bit more like home for the people that work here, and dogs do that. So we are really grateful for all the dogs that make our office a little more friendly. Here’s to the dogs of Denison yachting. Thank you guys so much for watching, and we’ll see you guys next month and I hope to see you on the docks at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Bye.
