MY SPIRIT, a 115′ New Zealand Catamaran built in 2005, was sold by Michael Johnson and Tony Smith, who introduced the Buyer. Andrew Grego with Luke Brown Yachts represented the Seller.

MY SPIRIT’s interior layout accommodates up to ten guests in five staterooms. Her performance includes a cruising speed of 12 knots and a maximum speed of 19 knots.

MY SPIRIT is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and was asking $6,495,000 at the time of the sale.

The client was originally searching for a power catamaran to enjoy with family but also inquired about adding to a charter program. After listening to his needs and expectations for use and style, I located this unique 2005 New Zealand Wave Piercer Power Catamaran 115’.
