Beneteau Awards Denison for Outstanding Customer Service

Groupe Beneteau America presented the Denison service team with award for outstanding customer service.

Don Smith, the President of Groupe Beneteau America, and Kevin Duchesne, the Beneteau After-Sales Manager, recognized the Denison service department for a number of achievements. The list included: maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, successfully resolving numerous challenges brought by recent supply chain disruptions (finishing boats that arrived incomplete due to missing parts), providing assistance to other dealers within the Beneteau dealer network, and executing “flawless” presentations at boat show events.

The presentation of the award took place today, December 14, 2022, at the Denison sales office at Harbour Towne Marina in Dania Beach, Florida with the Denison service team. Don and Kevin cited the skill and dedication of the Denison team, including Technical Service Manager Gilles Million and Service Manager Bob McCann for the achievements.

Denison’s New Boat Sales Manager, Eric Macklin, noted the high level of customer satisfaction as the key component to Denison’s strong repeat business with the Beneteau range.
