Patrick: Welcome to Miami Beach, Florida. I’m Patrick Hopkins.

Morgan: And I’m Morgan Sandoval.

Patrick: On behalf of Denison Yachting, I’d like to welcome you aboard this 2016 Numarine 62 Fly.

Morgan: SEBASTIAN has recently undergone a major interior and exterior refit. Most notably at first glance, her brand new paint job and her fresh wax and polish, which enables her hull to mirror the sea as we cruise to the Biscayne Bay.

Patrick: This three stay room three head layout has room for two crew members. This is ideal for the longer trips when you want to be comfortable or just taking her off the dock for the day.

Morgan: Some of our personal favorite features of this vessel are the 360 views in the salon, the open galley, and the amount of entertainment space you have at every level. Let’s begin today’s walkthrough at the Stern. The Hydraulic Swim platform on this new Marine is the perfect size for a jet ski or small tender to live. You can also enjoy this space as a private beach club and have access to and from the water using the swim ladder. The hydraulic passerelle on the port side makes getting on and off the vessel much simpler than your standard access points. The controls for both of these are in the cockpit.

Additionally, you also have direct access to your crew quarters and shore power cable. The crew quarters on this Numarine is currently being used for storage, but it houses two twin beds and a dedicated wet head and sink basin. It was freshly repainted during the refit.

From here, the portside walkway takes you to the bow. You’ll continue to see that this Numarine was designed to accommodate large parties in each of its entertainment spaces. Not only do you have two fully adjustable sun pads for those perfect at anchor relaxing moments, you also have a forward facing bench for a midday lunch or sunset cocktail. The teak on this vessel has been recently sanded and gone through a full three-step process, bringing a new vibrancy to SEBASTIAN.

Following this teak path aft, we are back at the cockpit. This is another great space to entertain guests as you have a large U-shaped seating area with an adjustable table that can be expanded as you can see here.

There are also sun pads for soaking up some rays. A must-have for any day on the water is your stereo system. The cockpit has a fusion Bluetooth system that connects to five JL audio marine speakers and the hard tub above houses a plethora of exterior lights for nighttime cruising. Something to note is that during the refit, all of the exterior soft goods and tabletops both here and up on the fly have been replaced.

As you ascend to the fly bridge, you step into another great entertainment space complete with sun pads forward, and a large seating area aft. The Fly Bridge also comes with a summer galley, which consists of a grill, sink, ice maker, and fridge. As I mentioned earlier, the soft goods and tabletops here are brand new, but additionally, the owners have completely redone the non-skid. On a gorgeous day like today, there’s nowhere I would rather be than enjoying these 360 views.

Making our way back down the steps from the fly bridge, we enter the salon through these beautiful tri-fold sliding doors, which open all the way to the starboard side. When in this position, the salon is filled with natural light and large windows give you 360 views of your surroundings. The salon is set up as a complete living space. You have a U-shaped white couch that faces a high low Samsung TV, and you have freshly painted storage cabinets on your port side. On the portside bulkhead, there are three sets of controls. Two, to control your lights and one for your AC, which was just added with the refit. 

In the corner of the breakfast nook, you have your fusion Bluetooth controls to control the Bluetooth audio throughout the salon. Moving forward, you have an owl shaped breakfast nook with a beautiful glass table that faces your open galley layout, which makes having a meal with your family only steps away from preparing it.

In this starboard galley, you can see that it’s outfitted with a very open and communal vibe versus your normal, traditional, separated galley. This open layout makes it much easier to entertain and have conversation with friends and family while you’re prepping a meal or making a cocktail. You have all Bosch appliances, which include a full size fridge and freezer, four burner cooktop, dishwasher, microwave slash convection oven, and a double basin sink. Below this prep counter, there are eight drawers that hold cooking utensils, cutlery, and glassware. And additionally, you have storage overhead and below.

Before we head down the company to our state rooms, we’re going to pass our helm to port. Here’s the best place to navigate when the weather conditions are not ideal. Here you’ll find your depth sounder, autopilot, yacht controller, bound, stern thrusters, BHF marine radio, and your garment electronics.

At the base of this rounded stairwell is the forward VIP state room. The state room boasts a queen size bed, two storage closets, a Samsung TV and independent AC controls. With storage compartments and symmetrical portholes to both sides of the state room, there’s a very parallel feel to this layout. It’s important to note that the carpet in this state room, as well as every state room was replaced as part of the refit. Additionally, there’s a private en-suite bathroom with full shower head and a single sink vanity.

As we move aft disport is the twin state room with two side by side twin beds and a private en suite bathroom full with shower, head and sink. This twin state room has a lot more light than most in this size category of motor yacht. It is equipped with storage, reading lights, and a Samsung TV and independent AC controls.

Saving the best for last, we head all the way aft to the master state room. In the master, the queen faces starboard with full length windows on each side. This special feature gives the master an enormous amount of natural light that just fills the room.

To starboard, a vanity, high-low TV, storage compartments, and a chase style reading note. The state room comes equipped with independent AC controls and five bow speakers with independent music control and a keypad lock on the main door. The master en suite has a single sink, as well as a large standup shower and head.
