Following the positive industry reception of the first C144s Ace, Conrad Shipyard has announced that hull three has sold and entered construction at the yard in Poland. The unit is currently named Project Moonlight.
The C144s range represents the Polish yard’s first semi-custom line, with an exterior profile created by Reymond Langton Design and naval architecture from Diana Yacht Design. According to the yard, “Project Moonlight will also be unique because it will present a completely new-looking interior design”, with Italian studio Nauta Design being brought on to direct the project.
Project Moonlight has been sold by Y.CO to a long-standing client, with SuperYachtsMonaco and Denison Yachting serving as joint central agents. Y.CO will also manage the build on behalf of her new owner, with subsequent plans to take on the yacht’s operational management following her scheduled May 2025 delivery date.
“We are very excited to have found the perfect yacht for our client, who we have worked with for over 10 years,” Head of client services at Y.CO Mark Paterson said in a statement, adding that Project Moonlight captured the owner’s vision for intimate family cruising, strong build quality and a classic design.
Mikolaj Krol, Conrad Shipyard CEO and chairman, said he was “delighted” to see another model taking shape. “The C144s line has been compellingly successful, and we are proud to continue building on that success with this third unit.”
With construction well underway on the second C144s model, the yard also announced that Denison Yachting and SuperYachtsMonaco will soon open enquiries for an upcoming fourth hull.
