Hi there. I’m Max Parker with Denison Yachting, and today I am here in beautiful, sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida to introduce you to STRESPROOF, a 2021 GT59 Hatteras Convertible Sportfish boat. This is the most loaded GT59 that has ever been built, and I am very excited to get you guys on board.

Hatteras is known as one of the best boat builders in all of America, and for this model in particular, this GT59, the most important, best thing to me is the ride that she provides, blows anything out of the water that’s in its class that’s comparable for her size.

59 Hatteras 2021 Flybridge

So when the owner had purchased this boat, a lot of things came into consideration. First one, the ride was very impressive and he was very blown away by it. The second thing that jumped out was that this boat was loaded with upgrades. Well, first are twin Caterpillar, C32 Acer engines, 1800 horsepower each, her twin 21.5 kW Cummins owned and generators, or 1800 gallon per day water maker with spot zero. It’s got AC down here and the cockpit and up top in the Fly bridge for all exterior spaces. The third thing that the seller really loved about the boat was her color. The Kingston Gray nonmetallic paint that is on her hull sides.

When you go inside the vessel, you’re welcomed by the salon and galley, and then down the companion way, you got a really cool custom integrated tackle center, which we’ll get to later. And then also the three state rooms and two head layout down below as well.

59 Hatteras 2021 Tuna Tower

I wanted to start up here in the flybridge on the vessel. It’s my favorite part of the boat where all the camaraderie, building as captain and crew, owners and guests to all come up here and hang out and get to know each other and talk about what the game plan is for the day of going out to the fishing grounds. Whether it’s you yourself operating the vessel or having a full-time captain on board, you got two nice comfortable release marine captain’s chairs here. These throttles have Palm Beach controls with the bow thruster integration. Here you have the 86 22 inch center, and then you got 86, 17 inch screens over on your starboard and portside. Having these watertight compartments to protect other accessories is important. In this one here, we have our sea keeper display gauge for our Sea keeper 16, which is a very good size model for the size boat.

So my friend, Captain Brandon, delivered this boat from Barbados to here, which was a 13 day run, due to weather and whatnot. But he was in comfort because he had air conditioning up here and there were a few extra creature comforts here. Great sound system underneath the sun pad forward seat, you have a big stem foot cubic freezer, so you can hold more cold goods up underneath this spot. Finally, over here, and on the starboard side as well, we got these nice side benches with these beautiful, comfortable backrests where you can enjoy laying out full length, or you can sit side by side with multiple people and taking the journey with the captain.

59 Hatteras 2021 Bow

Above us here on the fly bridge is an eight foot full tuna tower done by pipe welders, where you also have complete control of the boat with a full helm set up, Garmin and display unit, everything you need to quarterback the day.

So to get up to the bow and foredeck space, you got to access it through either side of the boat, along the side decks here, and you’ll notice that up above the windows, you have grooves for your hands to get in to help make it safe as you’re walking up along the sides, and then you got a handrail for support right here as well.

As we’re up here on the space, first thing you’ll notice is the S 420 grand tender that is sitting up here. She has custom deck chalks that were made specifically for this boat, and she also has a nautical structure, a 1700 pound davit that will swing her on and off the boat safely. Another thing that I must point out is the bow rail from Midship on both sides of the boat all the way up around the bow as you can see. The bow rail’s purposes help protect the on deck equipment from falling overboard, such as your tender and anyone that could be running around up here on this foredeck space.

59 Hatteras 2021 Cockpit

Finally, the most forward part is you’re windless with your anchor and your anchor compartment. You’ve got about 300 feet of chain and road combined together. You have a wash down hose. And a hand remote right here as well to operate the windless up and down. If you wanted to do so up here instead of doing it at the helm.

We’ve talked about how you operate the boat. Now we’re going to talk about how you fish the boat. The center piece here of the cockpit here is the release marine rocket launcher, which also has a battle saddle head to it for where you can sit down if you need to fight a fish, but the battle saddle serves its best purpose while you’re kite fishing or even trolling and using your outriggers.

Here you’ve got your tuna door. It could be used for several purposes. The Comey gate opens up, the door folds out, and you can bring your big fish in if you need to that way. Or if you’re just anchored up and you wanted to go swimming, the dive ladder goes right in those two holes, making it easy to get in and out of the boat.

59 hatteras 2021 Mezzanine

For your live bait here along the transom, you got a nice transom well that you can open and access on either side. One thing that you’ll also notice that this boat has got Teka all over the deck. Cover boards on top of your live well lids, mezzanines al antique. This boat is equipped with two large in deck fish boxes. The one that I’m standing over right now on the port side is where your ice deploys in from your ice maker, and that is 540 pounds per day ice maker.

What’s nice about this particular mezzanine bench seating is that it’s integrated with air conditioning. So as I’m sitting here, I’ve got air conditioning blowing on my back and keeping my body temperature nice and cool. Over here on the port side, you’ll also notice this 86, 12 Garmin touchscreen multifunctional display. See what depth you’re fishing in. You don’t have to bother the captain upstairs or if you want to see where you are out in the ocean compared to land, you can do all that through this unit right here without having to yell at anybody upstairs on the fly bridge.

59 Hatteras 2021 Engine Room

Underneath the port side of the mezzanine seat is a freezer, which is a great place to store all your frozen bait. Or any frozen goods that you may need to take on a long distance trip. Up here in the forward starboard corner of the cockpit, you got your ladder steps that lead you up to your fly bridge, set of tackle drawers right here with their own, closed door behind them. And then you also have your grill.

Access to the engine room is right here, center line, inside the mezzanine; you’re powered with twin Caterpillar, C32. Acer 1800 horsepower engines that will provide this boat with a comfortable cruise of 32 knots and a wide open top speed of 41 knots. After the engines are your twin Cummins owning 21.5 kW generators. Another thing I want to mention over on the starboard side is your water filtration system with a water maker and spot zero.

59 Hatteras 2021 Salon

Now that we’ve taken a look at all the exterior spaces on the boat, I would love to show you guys the interior and we’ll start here in the salon where you would enter through this pneumatic sliding door. Over here to port, you got a beautiful L-shaped sofa that has plenty of storage underneath. It’s also complimented by this nice coffee table, which also has storage underneath as well. If you want to come in and watch a movie, a sports game, you got your 40 inch Samsung television right here that is going to make it easy for you to go ahead and enjoy your entertainment.

And just aft of the TV, as soon as you come inside the door, you got a couple compartments. First one down below is where your main breaker source is and your power supply. So in the center of the power board, you have your duplex here, monitor your bilges, your alarms, batteries, AC power. Pretty much all your ship systems are going to be through this digital computer right here, and everything’s by the push of a button.

59 Hatteras 2021 Galley

All the windows that you see in here have 5% ceramic tint, making it cool in here and making it so you also do not need the blinds to reduce sunlight entering the cabin. And the second thing that I love the most on here is the satin teak cabinetry throughout the entire inside here, as you can see on the wall panels and in all the cabinetry.

So over here on your starboard side of the galley, you’ve got these, beautiful Cambria countertops which would serve as a great section for coffee. You know, a cup rack, whatever else you may need to take up this space. You got your ice maker inside this cabinet here. So the galley over here to Portside. You’ve got the sharp convection microwave oven. You also have plenty more storage spaces back behind here.

59 Hatteras 2021 Master Stateroom

You’ve got your wolf induction stove top over here below this window over here is a pair of refrigerator and a pair of freezer drawers. And then right here is your nice island dinette with custom Cambria countertops. One of the biggest problems is having enough storage space on board a boat, and then having the proper storage space for certain items.

As we make our way down the companion way steps right here, on our starboard side, we have what we call the fishing tackle center. I really like the way that they laid this section out over here. First, you’ve got behind the wall panel, a dropdown, which gives you your rod storage, which has the racks inside to keep them separated from getting scratched up. Underneath this big countertop space, you have a space for your reels, and you’ve got real racks underneath as well to keep them nice and organized. And then below the counter space, we have some deep drawers here, which is great for your tackle that you’re not going to be using at this time.

59 Hatteras 2021 VIP Stateroom

Unrelated, but here underneath the stairs is your access to service your water heater. So the final aspects, onboard the vessel interior are the state rooms, and to my port side, here is the master.

Here’s what I like about the master state room. First thing is we got a queen beer center line right here with plenty of storage underneath. You’ll notice on each side of the bed you got two night tables, controls for your reader lights, USB ports for plugging in your phones, and then you got cabinetry throughout on the port side, a hanging locker closet over here as well behind this door, and then access to a private head and shower. On the starboard side, you’ve got your over under bunk cabin, also with a nice night table and a couple reader lights and inboard, you’ll have a Samsung TV on the wall

Coming out of the starboard state room, up forward to the starboard side, we have our laundry space where inside there is a stacked washer and dryer. Directly across from your laundry head compartment, you have access to your day head through this door, which is also shared with the VIP state room.

59 Hatteras 2021 Guest Stateroom

Coming into the VIP state room here, you’ve got storage throughout plenty underneath the mattress and throughout the teak cabinetry that you see up on the sides. And one thing that’s pretty cool, the TV pops down right there, and then also you have direct access into the day head.

On behalf of Denison Yachting and myself, Max Parker, I want to thank you for coming on board STRESPROOF today with me. She is an incredible value, and if you want to see a spec sheet, please feel free to reach out to me.
