Biography

Kenneth Camilleri's journey began in Malta, an island nation rich in maritime history. Raised amidst the legacy of the Camilleri family, he was profoundly influenced by the Mediterranean Sea, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors. His academic path started at De La Salle College, where he adopted Lasallian values, followed by a diploma in Business Management from Leicester University. He further honed his business acumen with a Master’s in Business Administration from the London School of Commerce. Kenneth is at the forefront of various maritime ventures in Malta, encompassing maritime life raft and safety service stations, high seas and pleasure electronics, mechanical/electrical supplies, yacht wear and retail distribution, management of superyachts, superyacht refits, ship retrofits, and superyacht brokerage. He also played a pivotal role in the Super Yacht Industry Network of Malta, influencing maritime policy and promoting Malta as a premier yachting destination. As a member of the Royal Malta Yacht Club, Kenneth's passion for the sea extends beyond his professional life. He is an avid sailor, actively participating in various club-organized races, showcasing his skill and enthusiasm for maritime sports. During the summer months, Kenneth explores Malta's stunning coastline and hidden caves, often found piloting jet skis or navigating RHIBs. This adventurous side complements his professional maritime expertise, reflecting a deep-rooted connection with the sea.

In 2013, Kenneth launched Fraser, the first international superyacht brokerage firm in Malta, serving as its managing director. His comprehensive experience in technical engineering, safety, certification, negotiation, and legal aspects of yachting has deepened his understanding of the industry’s core values: passion in pleasure boating, rigor and discipline in commercial shipping, finesse and detail in super yachts.
