Ryan's love for the water began in his childhood, surrounded by boats and yachts in the stunning waters of New England near Bar Harbor, Maine. At just 16, he acquired his first boat, marking the start of a lifelong passion for yachting that he knew would be central to his life. His enthusiasm for the sea led him to join the US Navy after high school, further strengthening his connection to maritime life. With years of hands-on experience in both yachting and boat ownership, Ryan has developed a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of yachts and the unique lifestyle they represent.

With over 25 years of entrepreneurial success across industries such as construction, excavation, equestrian facilities, facilities management, and real estate, Ryan brings a blend of business acumen and a genuine passion for yachting to his role as a yacht broker. Having owned a 35m motor yacht himself, Ryan managed everything from system upgrades to luxury interior refits for charter, giving him valuable insight into the needs and expectations of yacht buyers and sellers.

Whether managing multi-million-dollar construction projects or negotiating high-value property acquisitions, Ryan’s strategic vision and attention to detail have consistently driven business growth. Now, he brings that same dedication to guiding clients in finding their ideal yacht, ensuring a smooth and informed buying or selling process from start to finish. His goal is not only to help clients find the right vessel but also to build long-lasting relationships rooted in trust and a shared appreciation for the yachting lifestyle.
