Hi I’m Brandon Barnes with Denison Yachting and today, we’re here in Tern Berry Marine in Aventura, Florida onboard my newest listing, a 2019 74-foot Sunseeker sportyacht, named ENZO.
ENZO features a stylish sport bridge presenting a sexy and ultra-low profile. A distinguishing aspect of the 74 is her jet black hull which makes this yacht stand out in any marina. This 74 features a 3-stateroom 3-head layout with guest accommodations below deck. There’s also a crew quarters aft allowing you to sleep two when the whole family is on board and you’re planning a long weekend in the islands.
Something that makes this particular 74 sportyacht stand out is her upgraded engine package with MAN V12 1900s. On the pens this moves ENZO at a thrilling 38 knots. Also worth noting is that this yacht has three Helms all of which we”ll be showing you as we make our way through every inch of the yacht.
One of my favorite features about this boat is the window arrangement that encircles the salon on all sides. This panoramic design is made even more versatile, thanks to the hydraulic dropdown cockpit door and window that allow for really open feel bringing the outside in.
Perhaps my favorite feature of this 74 is the enhanced beach club arrangement founded at the stern. This is where we’re going to get today’s walkthrough started. Here, this teak beach is one of the most useful spaces on board because of the hydraulic swim platform and an optional beach club, which is sure to make this area a place for friends and family to cool off. When the garage is closed, you have access to an integrative full down the bench seat where you can sit on the water line. This seat in the transom door that is built into are able to raise up hydraulically to reveal a tender garage that currently houses a 2019 Williams 345 jet tender. Having this on board is the perfect way to escape into shallow waters. It’s also worth noting that if you want to carry a jetski, the spacious platform allows you to do that. This is something that makes the 74 different than almost every other yachts in this size range.
Just outboard of this to port, we find the integrative full down electric grill and seating for up to 3. The final feature here at the stern is the poor side entrance into the crew quarters. Down here in the crew area we find transverse bunks, a washer dryer combo and a wet head. Let’s continue forward and up and take a look at ENZO’s prime entertaining space on the aft deck.
Centerline aft is a sprawling sunpad that is backed up against a wide bench seating area. If you’re looking to lounge around, this is the perfect place to do so because not only is a sunpad wide enough for 2 or 3 it’s also safe thanks to the surrounding grab rails.
Forward on the starboard side is an alfresco teak dinette that electronically lowers and raises to your liking. The tabletop found here is expandable and transforms this area when you want to have family meals. To port is a large refrigerator just under the wide teak stairway that leads to bridge. Right next to the flybridge staircase to port, you’ll see the ENZO is equipped with an upgraded rear joystick docking station allowing easy maneuverability when backing into your slip.
Down below, ENZO is equipped with upgraded MAN V12 1900 producing a total of 3800 horsepower. Another upgrade found here is the Onan 29 kW generator on board which added to facilitate the powerful air conditioning system in the hydraulic stabilizer fin. And finally, I would like to point out that she’s equipped with her Aqua Whisper water maker.
As I make my way up the port side deck, I want to show you one my favorite areas on board. Just after the ground tackle there’s a large sunpad here they quickly converted to chase style lounging. This is about the same size as the apps sunpad and accommodates 2 to 3 when the sun is out. After the sunpad is a large U-shaped settee and a teak dinette with a pair of isotherm refrigerator drawers to port and starboard. What takes this entertaining area to the next level is the clam shell Bimini they quickly pops up to cover the area with shade and protection from the wind.
Forward on the ballots are ground tackle. This is centered around a Lewmar windlass that raises and lowers her anchor. This is something you’ll be doing all the time with the 74 Sunseeker. From here let’s jump up to the flybridge.
This area is incredibly comfortable and any captain would be lucky to have such a wide open view of their surroundings. Starting aft we first have the yacht’s open array radar and satellite domes. These are just a few feet behind one of the guest favorites on board. On the starboard side is a bunch of seating and lounging space that’s made up of a U-shaped entertaining area. This seating wraps around expandable table top and there’s even a sunpad along the aft. This is right next to the twin isotherm cold drawers that are catty cornered. Immediately forward of the aft lounging area is more U-shaped seating that makes for the perfect place to join the captain as you make your way to where you’re going to drop anchor.
The final stop we have to cover up here is the upper helm which is the second of three spots you can run this yacht from. Two bucket seats face a fully loaded helm with everything you need to run the yard without needing to run back down to the lower helm.
Now let’s step inside and take a look at the interior starting with the salon. In here, they’re a large floor to ceiling windows that flood the main living area of the yacht with natural lighting and give you a full 360 view from anywhere you find yourself. To starboard is a U-shaped sofa around electric dinette table. Like the other table on board this one is also expandable. On the port side is a large storage cabinet with a granite countertop that houses the entertainment center and the 55 inch Samsung TV just outboard. Underfoot is a warm satin hardwood flooring contrast in the modern dimmable LED lighting in the overhead.
Our next stop on the main deck is the interior lower helm. At the helm or a pair of upgraded 19 inch simrad touch screen multi-function displays that service your chart plotters. Below and to port is a 7 inch touchscreen display for the CMA integrated power management both monitoring and control system. To the right of this you’ll find the display for her hydraulic fin stabilizers. The design here at the helm is that of a sports car with leather helm seats and a leather wrapped steering wheel. To starboard are the tilt steering wheel and your throttles and hydraulic bow and stern thruster controls. This is also where you’ll find the third Aventics joystick. A watertight door to starboard makes docking this boat a lot easier and also allows access to the foredeck. Situated to port, there’s L-shaped elevated seating for 3 with panoramic views. Finally, above the fully adjustable captain chairs, we see a sliding sunroof allowing for natural light and ventilation through the salon. From here follow me down to the galley.
After you make your way down, you find you have access to a surprising number appliances that make mealtime onboard ENZO, a dream. This L. shaped galley is fully equipped with an over/under fridge/freezer, microwave convection oven and a 4 burner cooktop. When it comes time to clean up, there’s a stainless sink basin and a Miele dishwasher. Finally, looking to port you see 30 bottle Vitrifrigo wine cooler. There’s a bar conjoined with the galley as well as a cozy breakfast nook just forward. This dinette faces a wall mounted TV.
Next let’s head aft to the master, the first of 3 staterooms found on board. This full beam stateroom has a centerline king berth. One of the great aspects of the masters the amount of storage in here. Not only are the cabinets below the starboard window but there’s also a walk in closet located on the port side of the owner’s suite.
Just after the walk-in closet is a seating area made up of 2 comfortable chairs separated by fixed tabletop. Opposite the starboard is a pop up vanity. The master also has a sizable on sweet with a glass enclosed shower stall. Leaving here brings us forward to the second stateroom. To starboard you’ll find twin berths that are convertible into a queen. In addition to a large hull side window, a TV and a hanging locker, this cabin also shares access with the dayhead.
Forward of the breakfast nook we arrive at the third stateroom, the VIP. On either side of the queen size island berth there are hanging lockers and hull side windows that can be open to let in a cross breeze. Facing aft, we can see the VIP’s on suite which is the last stop on today’s walkthrough.
On behalf of Denison Yachting and myself Brandon Barnes, thank you so much for joining us today onboard ENZO. If you have any questions or would like to take a preview, don’t hesitate to reach out.
