52-Meter Dynamiq New Build Sold by Pierre Badin [GTT 170]

June 28, 2024 5:12 pm

Denison is pleased to announce the sale of GTT 170, a 52-meter new construction project to be built at Dynamiq’s shipyard in Antalya, Turkey. This is the second Dynamiq project sold by Pierre Badin from Denison Yachting Monaco, who represented the Buyer.

Pierre commented: “I have really enjoyed working alongside the Dynamiq team for the past two years on the construction of the 50-meter GTT 165, which I also sold, and which is on track for delivery in mid-2025. I am delighted to extend that collaboration with this new, larger project for the Gran Turismo Transatlantic 170. Seeing first-hand the high quality of construction they provide, I was very confident and comfortable introducing this client to the shipyard.”

The GTT 170 is a 52-meter, sub 500 GT yacht, with a fast-displacement hull and naval architecture by Vripack to be built entirely in aluminium and combining optimum performance with comfort due to the latest foiling technology and careful engineering. This fuel-efficient “go-everywhere” yacht complies with the strictest commercial requirements and is built to class with Bureau Veritas.

Dobroserdov Design is responsible for the unique exterior, with details of the interior designer yet to be released. The key feature of this project is a class-leading beach club spanning two levels, with a 12-person pool and spa. She boasts spacious accommodations for 12 guests in six staterooms. With a transatlantic range of 5000 nautical miles, the Dynamiq GTT 170 is perfectly equipped to be a two-season charter machine.

Dynamiq’s Director of Sales Marija Dobroserdova added: “The team at Dynamiq is thrilled to collaborate with Denison Yachting again on the construction of another exciting project, the Dynamiq GTT 170, which will be the largest construction undertaken by the shipyard to date. Denison has been a great ambassador for our brand and has consistently introduced like-minded owners looking for next-generation superyachts. We have invested heavily in our hi-tech facility, which can accommodate yachts up to 60 meters, and this new order is a tremendous show of faith in our brand and our future. One last build slot remains available for immediate start for the right client.”

The Dynamiq GTT 170’s keel laying will take place in the autumn, with delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
