Exotic Car Toy Rally Raises Thousands For Toys For Tots

Earlier today, Denison Yacht Sales took part in the 8th annual “South Florida Exotic Car Toy Rally, benefiting Toys for Tots. Local South Florida exotic car drivers once again ‘took to the streets’ for charity, as one of the largest processions of exotic cars and one of the most anticipated exotic car events in the country hit Sun Life Stadium in Miami.

Hundreds of exotic cars drove from the beautiful Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa Golf Resort, up to Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale, then on to the amazing Miami Dolphin’s home, Sun Life Stadium!!

The most amazing sight – a caravan of exotic cars stretching over 5 miles long, driven by their owners to benefit underprivileged children. Incredible to see, but even more incredible is the positive impact and difference the Toy Rally makes for local children across Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Last year, the Toy Rally eclipsed all other prior years for attendance, exotic cars, and even the Goodyear blimp flyover but the most important records were the incredibly huge mountains of toys overflowing the USMC trucks combined with about $28,000 in cash raised for Toys for Tots. This equates to lots of smiles on the faces of kids on Christmas morning.

The event was sponsored by Denison‘s Superyacht Division and headed-up by yacht broker Alex G. Clarke and Joe Laundrie.

“Today at Sun Life Stadium, we witnessed an overwhelming amount of support and generosity for Toys for Tots. Nearly 300 exotic car owners came together with gifts and literally filled a box truck with little treasures  for less fortunate children,” commented Joe after the event.

Denison Yacht Sales displayed the 1100 Pirelli Yacht Tender and provided a sunset cruise in Fort Lauderdale as an auction item for a lucky family.
