Denison sells luxury yacht “One O One”

Denison announces the sale of luxury yacht “One O One,” a  sleek and stylish 115′ 2008 Tecnomar superyacht.  

“One O One” was sold last week in Viareggio, Italy, and is being exported to Sydney, Australia, where the new owner will enjoy her for both private and corporate entertaining. “One O One” featured a custom Armani Casa interior décor, had a top speed of 35 knots and was in near-perfect condition.

“The new owner was extremely happy with the performance and layout of the yacht,” said Denison Fort Lauderdale broker Alex Clarke. “I am sure she will turn heads as she cruises the Australian waters of Sydney Harbor.”

Denison’s Clarke represented the seller, and Ben Doggett of Sportfish International introduced the buyer. “One O One” was originally listed at an asking price of $2,595,000.
