Russ Schafer

I just closed on a 52 Carver that I bought through my yacht broker, Russ Schafer. After meeting Russ years ago, I knew that if I was to buy a boat through a broker I would do it through him.

My wife and I saw the boat with Russ in Fort Myers and a month later we closed. Russ has been the perfect yacht broker, dedicating all the time needed, without being pushy, organizing the visits, the surveys, and the closing perfectly well.  Your organization worked flawlessly. I would recommend him and Denison Yachting to all my friends.

I wanted to pass along a note on how much we enjoyed working with our yacht broker, Russ Schafer, on the purchase of our Hatteras yacht.

Russ went overboard on getting us pictures and videos and dealing with the selling broker to get the boat below our price point. Russ helped us get the surveys set up, the marina for haul out, and accommodated us on the day of the surveys and sea trial. He also helped us after the closing with some repairs and ice maker replacement. It appeared that everyone we dealt with that he turned us on to was as professional as Russ is.

We really appreciate Russ’s attentiveness to all our needs before and after the closing of our yacht.

I just wanted to send a brief note to commend Russ and Drew to you. They took good care of us when everything went right but, more importantly, took GREAT care of us when things didn’t go quite according to plan. They did a great job and I just wanted to say “Thank You.”
