I wanted to put into words just how much my family and I appreciate the amazing experience we had working with you and the Denison team.

After the passing of my step-father, selling the boat he and my mother loved, was one of the most daunting and time-sensitive tasks. Each month we continued to pay the hefty expenses added to our already mournful and anxiety-ridden emotional situation.

We had our boat listed with another broker for 6 months and during that time we had one serious prospect and about 5 other buyers who visited the boat but appeared to be more tire kickers than motivated buyers.

The video was so awesome – it made me want to keep the boat.

Leveraging their robust online marketing network – we received 3 calls within 2 hours of our listing going live. Within a week, we had 3 showings scheduled and our first offer 2 1/5 weeks later.

Russ was proactive and savvy, giving me guidance on how to evaluate the offers from price to survey and closing. This resulted in me countering on an offer and standing my ground which made it possible for me to entertain another offer simultaneously which ended up being the deal we closed on - just shy of 2 weeks after the offer was excepted and a week and 3 days after the survey.

My name is Johnny I live in Sebastian, Florida and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Russ Schafer - he helped me by my first yacht. He assisted me every step of the way to get financed and insured and I enjoyed the yacht with my new wife and had the time of my life on the yacht. 

And when the time came he helped me sell that same yacht, it took about five months of repairs to finally sell the boat. But he was patient and advise me to ship the boat to Fort Lauderdale.

I was on a short time scale, I had to be home. The sale was simple honest and extremely fast, that I believe I owe mostly to Mr Russ. He made it happen!
