I just wanted to take the time to let you know about our very favorable experience with Denison Yacht Sales and specifically about your yacht broker, Jordan Preusz.

We have been planning for a bucket list goal 'Cruising the Great Loop' for many years, and this was the year to purchase our boat.  This was going to be a big step up for us coming from a 22' Cuddy cabin to the equivalent of a yacht. Learning has taught us that no matter how much you research a subject there is always something else you can learn from someone else's experience.

Jordan patiently walked us through this process giving us things to think about from his experiences.   We never felt pressured to make an immediate decision.  We were very happy that we selected Jordan to represent us as the buyers and felt that he had us in his best interest.

When we finally selected our 'Dream Boat' which was located in Maryland, we were very uncertain if this purchase was even attainable. Jordan worked with the sellers' broker and together they found a creative way to make it happen. As we soon realized, we had only just begun the process of closing. When it was time to do the survey and sea trials, Jordan arrived in Maryland, not only to represent us but also to make positive recommendations to all involved.

We experienced some expected bumps along the way and thanks to Jordan when this process seemed to stall, his assertiveness pushed everything forward.  As a final result we are now the very happy owners of a 2009 American Tug 41. We will be moving this boat into the Great Lakes this year and continue the remaining portion of 'the Great Loop' in the summer of 2016. Since the closing Jordan has followed up many times to check in with us.

First point I would like to make is that Jordan is a true professional not once in the process did I ever feel he wasn't working in my best interest and also that no question was too big or too small. He made the process very seamless to me and that was important as I was also buying a boat from another yacht broker and that process was no where near as smooth. Jordan seemed to make the difficult look easy and streamlined every step of the process so that there was no wasted time.

Every step of the way he was in contact with me and we actually became friends in the process. I have first hand knowledge of how difficult my purchase was with the other broker that seemed inflexible unwilling to compromise till I got upset and absolutely anything but streamlined. Because of my experience with Jordan I would not even hesitate to use Denison or Jordan again.

I am very pleased with the work you did to sell Windquest.  Throughout the process you have been most responsive and proactive in working through the posting, showing, and ultimate sale.  You were willing to go the extra yard to get the sale done.  The postings on the internet through Denison resulted in the final sale.  There was a minimum of fuss with paper work and finances once we found a willing buyer.

I've come to know Jordan Preusz over the course of my 3 month search for the boat of my dreams that fits my wallet.  Jordan got to know me and my goals so that he could hunt for my boat without even so much as bothering me.  He arranged visits to three boats all of which were real contenders 'til the end.  His judgement and his representations were sterling throughout.  He represents Denison Yacht Sales better than professionally, and so I am pleased to have them handle the sale.  The sale itself and the registrations that follow have been as smooth as checking out at a department store.  They provided the escrow and paperwork without hassle and went beyond with helpful research and information for my island hopping.  All in all it's been an enjoyable experience and I recommend them both without reservation.

As you might know, purchasing a Boat is something that should be fun and exciting, I deal every day with my business issues where I need to be careful and sometimes even assertive to get things done, so buying a boat should be something that does not require any such efforts.

I believe Jordan understands this very well, he was fun to work with and he immediately understood when either me (the buyer) or the seller where getting stressed with some issues. Jordan managed the situation in order to smoothen edges and finalize the deal.

Buying the Boat helped by Jordan was fun, I will carry a nice memory and boat to enjoy.
