I have 50-plus years in the marine industry. During this time, I owned and operated a 350-boat marina that offered full service and retail sales. I found Grant Ninneman from Denison Yachting to be, without question, the most responsive, knowledgeable yacht broker I have ever met. I still can't believe that any time I call, he either answers the phone or texts an immediate response.

I flew to Fort Lauderdale from Annapolis, Maryland multiple times, in which Grant set up between four and six boats each time for my review. He also performed numerous live video reviews showing the good, bad, and ugly on several other prospective boats.

I could not have been more fortunate to connect with Grant. I immediately found him to be knowledgeable, responsive, and an excellent sounding board. He was able to answer/explain all of my questions/concerns through his actual boating experience (he captained boats all around the world) with real knowledge that I knew from my experience was accurate.

He offered an excellent balance of providing his point of view when asked without pushing any agenda. He invested a significant amount of his time and was very responsive throughout the whole process.

I quickly realized Grant’s own extensive yachting background as a captain and in yacht design, features, and capabilities. He was very patient in explaining each boat’s design and mechanical features as well as answering all my questions. We spent several days visiting yachts before finding a 2007 70' Princess Yacht.

Grant is extremely knowledgeable and very capable during the purchase process, including negotiating offers, arranging for a survey and haul out, obtaining insurance, and recommending service personnel for completion of work on the boat after closing. Even now, after the purchase, Grant continues to stay in touch.

I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a yacht.

Michael consistently went above and beyond expectations while he worked with a difficult client...me! It was a long journey finding the right boat for us but Michael made it happen. You won't find a better broker anywhere!

As a first-time boat owner not knowing what to expect, I was a little overwhelmed with the whole process. I went into the purchase thinking it was going to be like buying a car; boy was I wrong.
