About Jongert Yachts

Jongert is known for its large line of luxury sailing yachts but started by building small motorboats in the 1950s. 1960 marked the first launch of its first luxury vessel. Shortly after, Jongert would partner with marine engineering firm Van der Meer and yacht architect Willem de Vries Lentsch to create the Zwalkers and the Trewes sailing yacht class.

Jongert offers three lines of luxury yachts. These lines include the Performance, Cruising and Special vessels. The performance line of luxury yachts offers three variants, the 39, 42 and 50 meter. The cruising line offers more luxury and comfort in it’s 40 and 46 meter variants. They are slower due to their solid steel hulls but are meant to circle the globe in complete comfort and reliability. Last but not least is the special class of vessels, the 1800 Tommy and 3000 Explorer.
